The show is advertised on network TV, cable TV and online, streaming outlets so that we are seen and heard whether people are watching local news, cable programming or streaming content.

Our radio partners provide us with both terrestrial radio and streaming radio ads, so that we reach those listening traditionally or streaming on devices. We often have tie-ins and promotions (such as ticket giveaways or prize packages) that are sponsored by and touted on air by our radio station partners, bringing fun and excitement— and attendance.

Direct Mail
More than 10,000 tickets are mailed to new homeowners, homeowners who have recently refinanced, and homeowners with new home equity loans. These life events trigger home-related spending spikes; we reach people when they’re most inclined to invest in their homes.

Public Relations
We partner with a top PR firm in town and have existing relationships with the media. We will garner editorial coverage in print, web, TV, radio, and social outlets that drive qualified traffic to the show. News stories about the show are a powerful attendance driver!
Spend
Our total promotional spend is $198,000. We invest to ensure a qualified audience of buyers! Because of our strong relationships in the market with local media, we will acquire added value on top of this.

Digital
Reaching people online ensures high numbers of advance ticket purchases. In addition to search engine ads, we also purchase programmatic ads through Google, and use advanced re-targeting tools. These top-performing methods, plus ads on local media partners’ sites, are successful traffic drivers.
Social
